version of our Classic website.
The Mobile website has been optimized for most mobile/cell phones; Blackberry®, iPhone®, PDAs and other smart phones and on netbooks. Wireless allows you to access the .mobi sites on an iPod® touch and iPad®.
Coming soon, you'll also be able to find a new home using our iPhone® App and Texting feature.
Search
- Use the Property Search feature to find properties For Sale, For Rent or Lease by location, price range or a keyword.
- Only want open houses, Sales Centres or Show Homes? Click on the Open House/Notice Board search button.
Keywords
Just key the first few letters into the Keyword section in 'Advanced Search' and the search
results will show properties listed with your keyword.
Search by using the
- listing number (same listing number as on the classic, mobile, iPhone app & texting feature
- builder's name
- agent's name
- special features such as golf, Kohler, or granite, etc.
Logos
Once in a property listing, click on a logo and you will pop out to the builder, project or agent website. Check with your carrier so you understand their rates for downloading regular websites and be sure that you clearly understand their roaming fees.
Auto Features
With iPhone®, Blackberry® and other smart phones you can just tap or click on the property contact phone number to auto dial. Email on these devices, plus netbooks and iPad® or iPod® touch, is just as easy as a tap or a click if Mail is enabled.
