For Sellers
Click on the blue arrow to the right to go to any of the above secondary Home pages. All links including phone and email are in blue.
Push Notification Setup
Choose County/State or Province – touch blue arrow.
This takes you to a scrolling wheel with the Countries on the left and Provinces on the right. The default is Canada. Scroll to the province of your choice on the right.
Same can be done for Region/City.
Choose Neighbourhood – touch blue arrow link.
If neighbourhoods are available depending on selected City, a table is presented with all neigbourhoods. Here you can select multiple neighbourhoods. Pressing the clear button at the top of the page, resets all neighbourhood selections to off. Besure to scroll down to view all neighbourhoods listed.
Same can be done for Property Type.
Choose Price Range – touch blue arrow link.
At scrolling wheel, choose the Minimum price on the left, then the Maximum price on the right. Or, leave the wheel at “0 Min Unlimited Max”. Touch the selection on the wheel to choose. On selection, it will flash in blue momentarily.
Save As
Tap on Enter Save As and the keyboard will appear, key in the name you wish to save this Push Notification as. Tap the blue Done button bottom right.
Save – Touch anywhere on the text Click Save to Server.
Your criteria will be sent to our server for later notifications when listing matching your criteria are found.
Note the Back button top left to return to the previous page and the Settings button top right.
Settings
Once Search Criteria are saved, revisiting Settings, you can Update or Delete your saved Search Criteria.
Search Tab
Click the Search Tab on the footer.
Tip: This page will recall your last search criteria.
For Choose County/State or Province
Choose Region/City
Choose Neighbourhood
Choose Property Type
Choose Price Range
see above in Push Notification Setup.
Keyword Search
Tap in the box and enter a Listing number, name of Builder, Project, Street, Sales Person or Special Feature.
The subsequent search will include the keyword when searching for listings.
Open House Search – By choosing Yes, search results will include only Open Houses.
Click to Search.
Tip: You don’t have to make a selection of all criteria, in particular to neighbourhoods, property types and keywords.
At any time, you can simply scroll down and touch the ‘Click to Search’ button.
Search Results
If searching produces listings, the number of listings appear on the top title bar.
You can scroll through them vertically or click to view any listing for more details by touching the blue arrow.
You can also sort the listings by touching the Sort button on the top right.
When choosing Sort, you can view recently downloaded listings on a map. When in map view, you can tap a pin for the specific listing at that location, tap the blue arrow and be shown all details of the specific listing.
Other Sort options are:
Price, Date Listed, Property Type, Title by either ascending (ASC) or decending (DESC).
Listing Details
When choosing a Listing (blue arrow on right), you are presented with all the details of the particular listing.
Anywhere you see a blue arrow or blue link, you may touch for more details. EG., go to the website, view map, get directions, email listing, view photos.
Choosing Save (top right), saves the listing to Favorites.
Choose Back (top left) to return to Search Results.
Favourites Tab
All saved Favourite listings will appear. You may organize your Favourites by tapping on the Sort button found top right.
Use the scrolling wheel on the left for the sort criteria, choose either Ascending or Descending and tap in the grey area above the wheel to select and return to Favourites.
To Delete all Favourites tap the top left button or to delete one or more Favourites slide your finger left over the listing.
Near Me Tab
Upon the App determining your current location, Touch ‘Radius’ at the top right to select a radius from your location. At the scroll wheel, choose kilometres or miles on the left and the number on the right. Then tap, “Choose Map filters” to download listings.
As with the maps, you can tap any pin to get the listing name, then tap the blue arrow for the details. While viewing the map, you can zoom in or zoom out pinching the screen.
Mortgage Tab
Tap any of the fields to enter numeric values. If you want to change a value, tap the ‘x’ within the field to clear it and retype. Any previous view of a listing will have the mortgage calculator autofill listing price.
To close the numeric keyboard, tab anywhere left of the fields.
